Afflicted Celestial

The Afflicted Celestial is a fallen angel with a robed lower body and a bare, scarred upper torso. A blade is wrapped to his wrist, and his wings are made of webbed flesh formed from hands rather than feathers. His extended arms and hands add a dark, tragic element to any D&D, Pathfinder, or Warhammer game.
